About CrossFit?
In 2008, Travis ventured into the world of Crossfit and discovered the new meaning of fitness. He quickly became consumed with the philosophy and opened HOTside Crossfit in his garage. In the fall of 2009, he partnered with Chris to help grow the gym and provide quality workouts to our community.
In September of 2010, the gym was moved to its current location inside of Silver Lake Country Club and continues to evolve. Recently Travis and Chris added a third partner Dan. Together they will promote the CrossFit brand of fitness throughout the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. We look forward to hearing from you and helping you on your new journey to true fitness.
